Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- Exposure to the medical technology industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
- Experience with Microsoft AX and/or WebOps is a plus.
- Ability to work independently within the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM, with flexible availability, including occasional weekends. This is a fully in-office position.
- We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, a strong problem-solver, and possesses excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and think creatively.
Responsibilities
- Liaison Role: Serve as the point of contact between sales directors, logistics companies, and distributors.
- Order Management: Handle order processing and data entry.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory procurement and tracking.
- Sales Assistance: Provide internal and external sales support.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipping and logistics activities.
- Office Support: Assist with additional office tasks and special projects.
