Position Summary: Revere Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at our Salem main campus. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality laboratory results. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will perform essential diagnostic testing, support daily lab operations, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience. We value professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication skills, as you will interact with both patients and healthcare providers. This position guarantees a minimum of 32 hours per week but may require work up to 40 hours based on laboratory needs.

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, Medical Technology, Chemistry, or related life science (per CLIA requirements)
  • ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work varied shifts between 7:00 am – 6:15 pm, Monday – Friday in our Salem location

Nice To Haves

  • Specialty certification (hematology, chemistry, microbiology) accepted
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderate and waived complexity laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure quality and reliability of results through proper quality control procedures
  • Perform routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Maintain compliance with CLIA and laboratory standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and team members
  • Support daily laboratory operations and workflow
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare staff regarding test results and issues
