As a Medical Lab Technician, you will be integral in processing and analyzing blood and body fluid samples crucial for diagnosing and treating patients. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely laboratory results, maintaining strict adherence to healthcare standards like Joint Commission and CLIA, and operating complex lab equipment with precision. Requirements

Associate Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science or HEW Certificate
Able to provide diploma of highest degree obtained (minimum of High School diploma)
MLT ASCP certification within one year of hire
