Under general supervision, the Medical Lab Scientist performs all laboratory procedures as required according to established regulations, hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Provides and performs analytical testing and/or procedures that require independent judgment. Operates and maintains current instrumentation. Displays sufficient knowledge of the current laboratory and hospital computer systems.
