About The Position

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, develops, manufactures, and markets a portfolio of leading aesthetics brands and products, including facial injectables, body contouring, plastics, and skin care. The Medical Information Communication Representative (Private) is responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and promoting company products in designated areas and target hospitals/institutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing professional support and training, building and maintaining customer networks, assisting cross-departmental teams with project implementation, and ensuring business activities adhere to ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine/medical device related majors
• Around 3 years of sales experience in medicine/medical device related products
• Good customer management and teamwork skills
• Good learning and data analysis skills
• Willing to accept challenges and have good stress resistance

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the medical aesthetics product industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's established sales strategies, plans, goals, and budgets, identify business opportunities, and complete the promotion of company products in designated areas, target hospitals/institutions
• Insight into customer opportunities, identify and master customer needs, empower customers, and provide professional support and training
• Establish, improve, and maintain a good network of target customer groups
• Assist regional managers and cross-departmental personnel such as the marketing department in implementing various company projects; customize adjustments based on the characteristics of the responsible institution/hospital to optimize execution results
• Follow business conduct guidelines and conduct business activities legally and reasonably
• Other tasks arranged by the supervisor
