About The Position

Greet patients and visitors with warmth, managing the check-in/check-out process to ensure a seamless flow. Expertly capture and verify patient demographics, ensuring our records are 100% accurate for clinical care. Manage the heartbeat of the clinic by scheduling and confirming appointments and processing medical record requests with strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Secure necessary insurance authorizations and precertifications, acting as a bridge between patients and their coverage providers. Accurately submit charges for procedures, collect co-payments, and perform daily financial reconciliations to ensure the health of the clinic’s operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
