Create a welcoming and seamless patient experience by managing the check-in and check-out process, ensuring every visitor feels supported and well-informed from the moment they arrive. Support clinical continuity and access by accurately scheduling appointments and managing medical record requests so that patients receive the care and documentation they need without delay. Advocate for patient financial clarity by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, preventing billing surprises and ensuring a smooth path to treatment. Maintain the integrity of the revenue cycle by accurately recording procedure charges and managing daily financial reconciliations to ensure the department remains a sustainable resource for the community. Ensure data accuracy and compliance by meticulously updating patient demographics and documentation, providing the foundation for high-quality, personalized clinical care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
