About The Position

Desert Sage OB/GYN is looking for a team member to work in our front office. This position is a busy multifunctional position including patient check in, patient check out, scheduling, and working as a patient advocate, taking detailed messages to assist with patient care.
This position is a full-time position, with a four (4) day work week, with hours from 7:30 - 5:30. Every weekend is a three-day weekend.
Desert Sage OB/GYN has been established in North Scottsdale for over 15 years. We are a family-oriented practice with excellent staff tenure. The office is part of the Unified Women's Health, which gives the practice corporate benefits, while maintaining a small practice feel.
In addition to a four (4) day work week, all full-time employees received paid holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas) + your birthday paid as well as paid PTO.
In addition to great PTO the practice offers rich Health Insurance benefits with multiple carriers to choose from, including UHC, BCBS and Aetna. After your first year of employment employees are eligible for 401K with a corporate 3% contribution & Profit Sharing.
