This full-time, day shift role is located at Dell Children's - Eye Center Far West in Austin, TX, within the Pediatric Ophthalmology department.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Champion the patient experience by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring every individual feels welcomed, heard, and supported from the moment they arrive until their visit is complete.
• Navigate the care journey by accurately managing patient registration and scheduling, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition between the waiting room and clinical care.
• Remove administrative barriers by expertly verifying insurance authorizations and managing medical records, allowing patients and their families to focus entirely on their health rather than the paperwork.
• Empower the clinical team through proactive office coordination and administrative support, keeping the facility running smoothly so our providers can stay focused on delivering world-class care.
