Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk professional to join our Woodbridge, VA office. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations for both patients and providers in a fast-paced setting .
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in a medical front desk or surgical assistant role preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems, strong computer and phone communication skills.
- Attributes: Ethical, dependable, detail-focused, and able to multitask effectively.
- Team Player: Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Nice To Haves
- Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone inquiries.
- Assist with surgical scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Serve as a reliable liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
