About The Position

Join Vancouver Clinic as a Float Patient Services Representative supporting Washington area locations (possible Portland, too)! Looking for a dependable, friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: Varying 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday. schedule times can be as early as 5:30am and as late as 11:30pm Location: Vancouver, WA area locations (Portland, OR possible) Compensation: hiring range is between $18.00-$20.55 per hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Differential Available: Float ($3.00/hour) Position Details: Welcome and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism Collect co-pay and verify insurance Deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced front desk environment Key Attributes: Positive attitude and strong communication skills Work efficiently with multiple priorities Works well independently and as part of a team Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
  • Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care.
