About The Position

IVI RMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking a Medical Field Sales Representative-Physician Liaison to help with their continued growth and generate referrals into our South Denver offices. Job Purpose:  The Medical Field Sales Representative-Physician Liaison is responsible for generating new referral opportunities with community physicians and ancillary clinical referral sources in assigned territory.  The Physician Liaison is a proactive business developer responsible for aggressively identifying, targeting, and converting new referral opportunities. This role requires a competitive, goal-oriented individual who thrives on surpassing sales objectives and driving sustained growth across assigned territories. Position Overview: The Medical Field Sales-Representative-Physician Liaison serves as a strategic business developer and trusted partner between Conceptions and community healthcare providers. This individual is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers and ancillary staff to include: OBGYNs, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Midwives, Urologists, Oncologists, Acupuncturists, and other referral sources to increase patient referrals, strengthen communication pathways, and ultimately drive revenue growth. This role requires a results-oriented sales professional with proven success in healthcare sales, preferably with established relationships in the women’s health community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field – required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a competitive, metrics-driven environment. Healthcare or pharma sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated “hunter” mentality – thrives on new business development rather than account maintenance.
  • History of ranking in the top quartile of a sales team or earning recognition for sales performance.
  • Strong organizational discipline with territory planning and follow-through.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
  • Maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
  • Fluent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and differentiates RMA fertility services and products to meet or exceed quarterly territory objectives. Responsible for increasing referrals from an assigned territory of professional customers including OB/GYNs, Nurse Midwives, Urologists, Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists and Oncologists. Generates new business opportunities by creating and leveraging relationships that enhance and differentiate RMA’s offerings within an assigned territory.
  • Integrates into referring offices and will be seen as an extended member of the office offering value-add contact using a consultative selling approach. Provides weekly updates to leadership on activity, results, competitive analysis, market trends.
  • Uses branded marketing materials effectively and frequently to differentiate RMA products and services from other fertility providers.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with physicians, nurses, ancillary personnel, practice administrators in referring programs.
  • Manages database of referring physicians in territory. Exhibits expertise in use of Tableau. 
  • Coordinates and implement territory initiatives (Physician lunches, dinner presentations, programs, value-add programs).
  • Attends local and regional conferences and events to promote RMA.
  • Manages resources effectively, process expenses in a compliant and timely manner.
