As the Medical Engagement and Experience Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Avalere Health Medical. You will lead the evolution of our engagement and experience design at an enterprise levelâensuring we move decisively beyond traditional, channelled medical communications toward integrated, insight driven, and experience led engagement models. This is a senior, high impact role created in response to fundamental shifts in the medical communications market. Scientific excellence sits at the heart of effective medical communications and is increasingly strengthened through the thoughtful integration of insight, experience, data and AI to enable meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will operate as both a growth leader and a capability transformer. You will set the strategic direction for medical engagement, build scalable and differentiated propositions, and embed omnichannel thinking across priority clients and accounts. Your remit spans strategy, commercialisation, delivery excellence and enterprise influence. You will work at the intersection of Medical, Strategy, Transformation, Digital and Client Servicesâbringing together digital, UX, motion, AI and data capabilities to create cohesive, future ready engagement programmes. Critically, you will ensure these capabilities are not only innovative, but commercially viable, scalable and grounded in scientific and regulatory credibility.
