The Medical Education Specialist leverages clinical education and operating room experience to support sales teams and healthcare professionals through impactful training programs and continuing education initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing logistics for hands-on cadaveric labs and other surgical education events. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong knowledge of surgical protocols and the ability to adapt quickly within dynamic clinical environments. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to support scheduled events. Success in this role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships across the organization and the healthcare community. This is an in-person office-based role in Austin, Texas. This role combines office-based responsibilities with occasional travel to meetings and training events. The Medical Education Specialist will regularly interact with team members, actively problem-solve, and adapt to the evolving needs of the team, healthcare providers, and the business.
