The Education Specialist assists in the planning, organization and execution of education/training programs as identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and implementation of new products and technology. The individual contributes to the overall quality of the division in their role as an instructor working collaboratively with OSUMC employees, management and physicians. The individual assists in the effective operation through teamwork, customer service/satisfaction, quality assurance, adherence to legal and financial regulations, providing feedback and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
