About The Position

Medical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following: Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of intern and resident rotations Coordinate and resolve issues with interns and residents in relation primarily to schedules Ensure the upkeep of files (applications and interviews) and all required logs and paperwork Maintain appropriate documentation to meet AOA requirements Assist with revision of manuals pertaining to internship and residency Oversees graduation events Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Requirements

  • Associate degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of business office experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of productivity software, including database management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organization skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
  • Must be comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment consisting of diverse populations of staff, faculty, resident/fellows and other administrative personnel
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in work requirements and assigpments in a proactive manner
