POSITION SUMMARY The Medical Education Associate will run Inspire educational programs for healthcare professionals (physicians and advanced practitioners). Responsibilities include meeting planning and execution (virtual and in-person) for both peer-to-peer programs and those led by Inspire personnel. This role will enable the significant expansion of learning opportunities for Sleep Medicine & ENT healthcare professionals and will report to the Medical Education Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated event management success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with digital meeting tools
  • Attention to detail
  • 3+ years of experience running medical education programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the availability of regular educational opportunities for healthcare professionals
  • Partner with team to establish an event calendar and cadence
  • Develop relationships with content contributors
  • Identify and schedule presenters
  • Coordinate with partners for execution of education programs
  • Manage all pre, peri, and post-event communications
  • Equipment and AV logistics
  • Event planning and coordination (onsite or virtual)
  • Maintain program metrics and evaluation data
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement
