The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $130,000 - $200,000. Requirements

Board Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD)
Two years of experience with Eclipse TPS preferred.
Prior experience with ARIA record and verify system preferred.
Two years of experience is preferred although new graduates will be considered.
Proficient in planning VMAT, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, and 3D plans.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior work in a Varian linear accelerator environment a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the radiation oncologist and medical physicist to develop, generate, and assess treatment plans utilizing computer software and manual calculations.
Identify and delineate critical structures
Conduct image fusion using various imaging modalities to facilitate accurate delineation of target areas and vital structures.
Perform routine responsibilities independently, consulting the radiation oncologist and medical physicist as necessary.
Communicate and coordinate with therapists regarding the execution of treatment plans.
Oversee or participate in the design and fabrication of immobilization devices, beam modifiers, and treatment planning aids.
Execute treatment planning processes using Eclipse and ARIA systems.
Support and comply with the US Oncology Compliance Program.
