Medical Director – Job Summary The Medical Director provides senior clinical leadership and oversight across assigned health center sites, including the Post Road location and the Castleton clinic. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care; strong provider performance; and consistent adherence to HRSA, UDS, Joint Commission, and value‑based care standards. The Medical Director partners closely with operational, nursing, quality, and behavioral health leaders to translate organizational strategy into reliable frontline practice. This is a highly visible leadership role ideal for a physician committed to safety‑net medicine, integrated care, and developing high-performing clinical teams.
