Role Overview: We’re seeking a Medical Director to lead our clinical team, drive high-quality care, and strengthen partnerships with MedStar hospitals. You’ll oversee providers, optimize clinical operations, and help expand CoreLife’s presence in the community.

Requirements

• Licensed physician with DEA and Controlled Substance credentials.
• Board-certified/eligible in primary care; obesity medicine certification preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with clinical teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison with MedStar hospitals and referring providers.
• Ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care and compliance with protocols.
• Support operational planning, recruitment, and clinical strategy.
• Represent CoreLife in business development and market growth initiatives.
