Continue practicing medicine while shaping the hospital’s medical vision, protocols, and clinical excellence across the team. Mentor and develop Associate DVMs and support staff to elevate patient care and team confidence. Guide clinical workflow and case management within a collaborative, patient-focused environment serving eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. Practice with owner-level impact—set the direction for medical quality with strong operational support in HR, marketing, and administration. Requirements

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalency program
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical quality and standards at a full-service small-animal hospital offering advanced diagnostics, digital radiology, ultrasound, and laser surgery.
  • Continue practicing medicine while shaping the hospital’s medical vision, protocols, and clinical excellence across the team.
  • Mentor and develop Associate DVMs and support staff to elevate patient care and team confidence.
