Compensation: $575K Annual Stipend $30K Up to $3,000 annually for CME 10 weeks paid time off $50,000 commencement bonus Reloaction assistance/allowance up to $10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidatesreceipts required Benefits: Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability 401(k) | Flexible spending accounts Medical professional liability insurance Paid time off CME Physician-owned and led group on the local, regional, and national levels Committed to work/life balance, professional development, and wellness Practice Environment: 2 Obstetric Operating Rooms 8-10 Labor & Delivery Rooms 3,000+ deliveries annually Level III NICU (30 beds) Primary Assignment to Obstetrics with periodic rotation to cover main OR and NORA environments Collaborate with obstetricians, nursing and hospital leadership Participate on monthly QI, QC and PI safety committees and obstetrical and perinatal committee meetings The Anesthesiology department is diverse, consisting of 12 physicians and over 30 independent-practice CRNAs providing services for up to 16 anesthetizing locations daily to include acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, interventional radiology, a hospital ambulatory surgery center, and a new venture with a local orthopedics surgery center.

Requirements

  • Active state license
  • BC/BE in Anesthesiology
  • Obstetrical anesthesia experience requried
  • Experience working in a high-acuity obstetric environment
  • ACLS | BLS
  • DEA

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated leadership experience prefered
