About The Position

This position is located at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, CT! SUMMARY The Primary responsibility is to provide 24-hour accountability for the development and maintenance of the clinical, professional and administrative activities for assigned location(s) within the division. The role is a key contributing member of the NICU leadership committee and supports the development and execution of the NICU long and short-term plans. These responsibilities will be done in collaboration and in conjunction with the Division Head and Business Manager. The Clinical Director supports the clinical team’s research, academic programs, faculty appointments, and faculty development. Along with having leadership responsibilities, the Clinical Director will also have clinical responsibilities. .
