Requirements

  • Have 3-5+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Bring hands-on OR case coverage experience (required)
  • Are comfortable working within a tight-knit clinical community
  • Have a track record of closing business and growing accounts
  • Are based in, near or willing to relocate to Wilmington

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in surgical specialties (ortho, spine, ENT, urology, etc.)
  • Clinical experience (RN, scrub tech, military medical)
  • Experience managing regional or less densely populated territories

Responsibilities

  • Covering live surgical cases and providing in-room support
  • Building strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and decision-makers
  • Driving product evaluations, trials, and conversions
  • Expanding business across hospitals and ASCs in Eastern NC
  • Owning your territory strategy, pipeline, and revenue growth
