Requirements

  • Have 3-5+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Bring strong OR case coverage experience (required)
  • Are comfortable in fast-paced surgical environments & early case days
  • Have a track record of hitting quota + winning new business
  • Know how to build surgeon relationships and influence decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Background in surgical specialties (ortho, spine, ENT, urology, EP, etc.)
  • Clinical exposure (RN, scrub tech, military medical)
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Covering live surgical cases daily (you’ll be in the OR consistently)
  • Partnering with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to drive product adoption
  • Leading evaluations, trials, and conversions from start to close
  • Prospecting and winning new hospital & ASC business
  • Owning your territory strategy, pipeline, and revenue growth
