About The Position

At STERIS, we partner with healthcare and life science Customers worldwide to make a healthier, safer world possible. Join a team that keeps critical hospital equipment running when it matters most. A Day in the Life You start your morning reviewing your schedule from home, load your company vehicle with the right tools, and head to a hospital in your Oregon territory. On site, you diagnose issues on sterilizers, washers, and other medical devices, perform planned maintenance, and document your work using our digital platforms. Throughout the day, you collaborate with Tech Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to resolve complex issues, complete warranty and field upgrades, and keep Customers informed with clear options, pricing, and timelines. Between calls, you spot opportunities to improve the Customer experience and partner with Sales to ensure those needs are met. Some days end with an installation at a nearby facility; others require an overnight to support urgent Customer needs.
