You will diagnose issues on STERIS and competitor devices, perform preventive maintenance, complete repairs, and document all activities in digital platforms to meet regulatory and service requirements. The role requires coordinating with Tech Support, Engineering, or Service Contract Management for complex challenges. You will communicate options, timing, and pricing with customers, identify opportunities to enhance their experience, and coordinate with Sales when appropriate. The position supports multiple facilities across an assigned territory, requiring residence in California, with autonomous scheduling to manage various duties including PMs, service calls, warranty work, installations, and field upgrades.
