About The Position

A2Z is recruiting for a candidate to fill a Medical Device - Dipper position for a top-rated medical device manufacturing facility located in our beautiful Bitterroot Valley. Our client is an innovative and committed global organization, pushing the boundaries with science to explore ways to create a sustainable future and achieve their mission to help the world Move Cleaner, Create Smarter, and Live Better. Medical Device - Dipper personnel assist in creating custom medical devices through silicone fabrication in certified facilities. These products include silicone tissue expanders, sheeting, patches, and other medical devices.

Requirements

  • Team player, effective communicator, and efficient.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-3 years or related experience preferred, but training provided.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Read and comprehend procedures, drawings, and specifications.
  • Basic understanding of arithmetic (addition & subtraction).
  • Familiarity with personal computers.
  • Ability to work with hand tools.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to document, in legible writing, the procedures performed.
  • Frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach within hands and arm's length.
  • Frequently lift and move up to 10 lbs., occasionally lift and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Constant repetitive motion tasks, including pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Constant work at close vision.
  • Must wear proper PPE.
  • Pre-employment drug screen required upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing products to meet daily customer demand and the production schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for working.
  • Constant repetitive motion tasks, including pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Work with silicon in a sterile environment with protective gear.
  • Coordinate and cooperate in a team production environment to ensure products are produced orderly, efficiently, and with the highest quality.
  • All other job duties as assigned.
