About The Position

MedInc of Texas represents Arthrex, a global medical device company developing innovative and minimally invasive orthopedic products and education. We are looking for a Medical Device Driver to join our Team! Responsibilities Perform medical product deliveries and pickups to customer locations and territory warehouses Load, unload, stack, and organize medical products for delivery and return Verify condition, sterility, and completeness of medical implants and instruments during transport Assist with inventory management, including accurate record keeping and cycle counting Support efficient inventory utilization and organization within warehouse and delivery areas Conduct routine vehicle safety inspections and perform and/or coordinate preventative and minor vehicle maintenance including fuel, fluid levels, and tire checks Plan delivery routes and read maps to ensure timely and efficient transportation Interact professionally with customers, fielding complaints and communicating issues to supervisors and team members Travel up to approximately 60% of the time reflecting the need to visit customer locations and manage merchandise on site Position is onsite, Monday through Friday, first shift, with overtime as business needs require

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
  • Experience in a driver or courier role, preferably in a medical or customer-facing environment
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain accurate documentation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Responsibilities
