At Palm Beach Eye Center - Delray, we are seeking a Call Center Representative (“CSR”), responsible for effectively and clearly answering incoming calls, following proper phone etiquette, and in a timely and efficient manner, according to practice protocols. Will also be responsible for properly triaging all incoming calls, routing, and transcribing messages. The CSR will also schedule patient visits according to physician templates. (This is a Monday - Friday Day shift.
