Scope and Impact This position directly impacts patient care, safety, and experience through intake, treatment support, and education. It contributes to quality assurance, compliance with reporting requirements, and operational efficiency by maintaining supplies and a clean environment. The role requires frequent patient contact, clinical skills, and bilingual communication to serve a diverse patient population. Decision-Making Authority Decisions are made under the direction of licensed providers, with autonomy in performing routine patient care activities, maintaining documentation, and managing room readiness. Independent judgment is used in prioritizing patient needs and responding to patient inquiries. Interactions / Working Relationships Daily collaboration with providers, nurses, and other clinical team members. Frequent interaction with patients and families to provide education and support. Communication with public health agencies for required reporting.
