Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a clinical or diagnostic imaging setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to outstanding patient care

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and document medical histories
• Assist physicians and technologists during diagnostic procedures
• Coordinate patient flow and maintain accurate medical records
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all supplies are stocked and sterilized
• Manage patient communications and follow-up tasks
• Support front desk staff as needed for scheduling and patient intake
