About this role Policy Compliance & Documentation: Adheres to all current Behavioral Health Services and Outpatient policies and procedures, ensuring complete documentation of job duties. Medication Management. Handles all steps in the medication prior authorization process. Monitors the Medication Line to triage and resolve concerns. Contacts pharmacies to authorize medications under direct physician orders. Care Coordination: Facilitates communication and coordination among clients, physicians, staff, pharmacies, labs, urgent care/hospitals, and primary care providers regarding medical or psychiatric symptoms. Clinical Support. Collects vital signs. Assesses and triages clients with observed or reported medical issues. Professional Development: Participates in staff development, in-service training, supervision, and performance quality improvement initiatives. Additional Duties: Performs related tasks as required. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the service area.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Experience with behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus
