Bilingual Medical Assistant
About The Position
A private healthcare company is seeking to fill two Medical Assistant openings in our Cardiology Office located in the hospital district of Fort Worth, TX. This position will require applicants to clean and stock rooms, answer patient calls, assist with procedures and electronic documentation, assist echo techs with cardio stress testing, rooming/checking out (scheduling appointments/procedures at the hospital), prior authorization for procedures, place lab orders/send outgoing referrals. New grads welcome to apply. NextGen experience is a plus. two openings available. Hours: 8:30- 5:00 pm Monday- Thursday; Friday 8:30- 2:00 p.m. Pay offered will be based on qualifications of the candidates.
Requirements
- Applicants must have a medical assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript
- Bilingual applicants in English/Spanish are strongly preferred, not required
