Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Will work under the direct supervision of the physician or employee/occupational health clinic supervisor. Will assist in obtaining data for assessment as well as assisting the physician/licensed nurse in providing treatment, obtaining vital signs, vision screening, venipuncture, UDS/BAT testing, hair collection, waived testing, wound care, splint application, audiometry, spirometry, EKG, and procedure set up as ordered by the provider. Administers and documents all waived testing according to department procedures in a manner that obtains the necessary medical information while maintaining confidentiality. Maintains stock and cleanliness of the supplies, department and equipment including their calibrations. Ability to document in EMR systems. Other duties as assigned by clinic supervisor. Work Schedule: 64 hours Bi-weekly - 1st shift Basic functions/responsibilities: Support daily operations and overall performance of the Occupational Health clinic including patient care, services and related duties. Implement appropriate medical interventions incorporating the providers prescribed plan of care and under the direct supervision of the provider and the clinic supervisor.
