Qualifications Skills Required: Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of electronic medical records software and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA requirements Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Minimum education and work experience requirement High School diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program with current CMA certification from AAMA, AMT or NCCT. Ten or more years of Medical Assistant experience Reports to: Administration Supervises: None
