About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is searching for a Medical Assistant to join the Internal Medicine team at our NW Portland, Oregon location! Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic. Bonus awarded is prorated by FTE and subject to repayment terms and applicable tax withholding. Eligible new hires only. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • Proof of successful completion of national certification examination (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, AMT) preferred.
  • Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
  • Patient care experience preferred
  • Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent attendance!
