Your responsibilities will include: Preparing charts, including PDMP reports and necessary consents Assisting with patient discharge and providing after-visit summaries Cleaning and restocking exam rooms to ensure readiness Performs various procedures such as EKGs, injections, vaccines, and ear irrigations with precision Completes controlled medication tasks following strict protocols Provides training to new Medical Assistants and contributes to special projects Handles complex phone calls requiring skilled communication and decision-making Flexibility and teamwork are essential for taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support Praxis Health’s commitment to patient care Room patients, obtain vitals, medical history, and allergy/asthma updates. Accurately document in Electronic Health Records (EHR). Manage clinical tasks including prior authorizations, referrals, and prescription support. Contribute to daily team flow, supporting both patients and fellow staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. Reliable and consistent attendance. General Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
