Job Summary and Responsibilities Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment! Location: CUMC-Bergan campus Nephrology Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call! Are you a compassionate, detail-oriented go-getter with a passion for people? Our tight-knit nephrology clinic is looking for a new Medical Assistant to join our team—a person who can bring both serious clinical skill and a dose of fun to our daily work. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, helping our providers deliver excellent care to patients dealing with a variety of kidney-related conditions. You’ll be the friendly face that puts our patients at ease and the organized mind that keeps our clinic running smoothly. CHI Health requires that our medical assistants MUST be a g raduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)

Requirements

Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)
Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
