The Resource MA Float travels to Women’s Health clinics to provide Medical Assistant support during staffing shortages. This role assists with patient rooming and day-to-day clinic operations during medical leaves, PTO, and unexpected coverage needs. The Resource MA Float team is essential in keeping clinics safely staffed, supporting providers, and ensuring continuity of patient care across locations. Travel is required for this position and would be within Grand Rapids, as south as Hastings and as far North as Big Rapids. You do receive a float stipend. You will be required to work a minimum of two 8 hour shifts every 6 weeks. There is potential to work up to part time hours when needed. Please note that you would need to be able to train at a minimum of part time hours for the initial 4-8 weeks.
