Medical Assistant/Scribe
About The Position
Discover a rewarding career at ARcare. We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and personable Medical Assistant/Scribe to join the ARcare team. In this role, you will work closely with providers to deliver primary healthcare to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting providers with specific medical procedures, providing limited direct patient care, and helping to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for our patients. You will also be required to handle time-consuming clerical responsibilities for providers. You will accurately document the events and decision-making in a manner that results in appropriate medical charting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have a passion for healthcare, and be willing to learn about additional services available to ARcare patients. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Designated as a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant is preferred
