Along with MA duties, a key component of this role will be managing a high volume of prior authorizations for procedures, so candidates should be comfortable and experienced in that area. Job Summary We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm in our Dover location. The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
