Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • MA certification a plus!
  • 1 year nursing experience, family practice or community health preferred
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, active Vermont license
  • Excellent communication skills essential, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care
