About The Position
A Patient Care Specialist 2 - Float (PCS2 - Float) contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as a PCS2 float is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference! . A PCS2 - Float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Providing patient education, accuracy in patient documentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a PCS2 - Float it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do. Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Diploma required
- CPR/ BLS required
