About The Position

We are an established group practice in West Hills, California looking for someone dynamic to join our team of Medical Assistants. We have a fast-paced family environment that focuses on doing the right thing for the right reasons for our patients!

Requirements

• Ability to page and communicate clearly with physicians
• Ability to assist with appointment confirmations and respond to patient inquiries
• Ability to prepare and clean patient exam rooms
• Ability to assist with Protime clinic, pacemakers, and other testing
• Ability to place, track, receive, and report on holter monitors and event monitors
• Ability to obtain vitals, manual blood pressure, medication reconciliation, perform EKG’s, and stress tests hook up
• Ability to input patient information into the EHR system

Nice To Haves

• BLS / CPR Certification
• Medical Assistant Certificate
• Previous experience in Cardiology
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office apps
