Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of approved Medical Assistant training or one year of verifiable MA experience
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
- Active MA certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, etc.)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
Responsibilities
- Assisting with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Gathering and documenting patient information
- Administering approved medications
- Managing clinical tasks such as entering orders and supporting scheduling
- Providing clear, caring communication to patients and families
- Upholding safety, infection control, and quality standards
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
