Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of approved Medical Assistant training or one year of verifiable MA experience
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
  • Active MA certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, etc.)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Gathering and documenting patient information
  • Administering approved medications
  • Managing clinical tasks such as entering orders and supporting scheduling
  • Providing clear, caring communication to patients and families
  • Upholding safety, infection control, and quality standards
  • Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
