The Position: PAR is seeking a dynamic full-time Allergy Injector for our West Broad PAR location. Enjoy weekly pay with the opportunity to grow in a team orientated work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Computer literacy with Microsoft programs/products

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of 797 Guidelines is a plus.
Allscripts PM and EMR experience highly desired.
Direct experience within the clinic area of Biologics and/or Allergy Departments preferred.

Responsibilities

Must be able to correctly measure and mix ingredients for either patch testing or allergy injections.
Mixing patient-specific antigen(s) and documenting each component as required.
Able to demonstrate/perform sterile techniques for mixing extracts.
Able to serially dilute allergy extracts
Able to order and maintain allergy supplies for mixing and testing.
Printing out and attaching a label(s) for the vial(s) with the proper patient demographic information, contents, dilution strength and expiration dates.
Assign the vial a unique identification number.
Validates each vial component along with the vial and dosing information.
Must be able to maintain focus and have a strong attention to detail.
Maintaining inventory and equipment
Able to perform allergy injections and administer allergy testing on adult and pediatric patients.
