About The Position
ECU Health Physicians is multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina. Position Summary Perform clinical support services, assist with secretarial/clerical duties and maintain patient care documentation in medical records.
Requirements
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- HS graduate or equivalent required.
- One to two years of formal medical assistant/nurse aide training or six months current full time experience in a clinical setting as a Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or CNA preferred.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider status is required upon hire
