About The Position

Assigned cases to determine the eligibility of applicants for Medical Assistance. Review client information for continued eligibility, maintain case materials and resolve problems for the Medical Assistance for Families/Maryland Children’s Health Program (MA4F/MCHP). Once eligibility is determined, clients are provided with comprehensive medical coverage. By making health care available, the agency achieves its mission to preserve, promote and protect the health and well-being of all people by advancing health equity in Anne Arundel County.

Requirements

• basic math skills
• knowledge of Google Suites (Gmail, Sheets, Google Drive, Calendar, Docs)
• ability to work independently and with a team
• ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• customer service experience
• Must be able to complete a reading, writing and speech basic test

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is preferred with proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish, but not required.
