About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Aesthetician with an established client following to join a growing aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate is skilled in noninvasive aesthetic treatments, confident in retail skincare sales, has a current social media following, and is comfortable building and maintaining long-term patient relationships within a medical aesthetics environment.

This is a patient-facing, revenue-generating, and collaborative role, working closely with the physician and clinical team to deliver high-quality aesthetic outcomes.

Requirements

• Current state aesthetician license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics or advanced medspa setting.
• Demonstrated experience with noninvasive aesthetic modalities.
• Proven ability to drive retail skincare sales.
• Existing client following (preferred and strongly weighted).
• Strong consultation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Comfort working in a performance-based, patient-centered environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a physician-led aesthetic practice.
• Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines.
• Social media presence relevant to aesthetics (Instagram/TikTok following is a plus, not a requirement).
• Experience with device-based treatments specific to your platform mix.

Responsibilities

• Performing noninvasive aesthetic treatments (medical-grade facials, chemical peels, microneedling, radiofrequency/ultrasound-based skin tightening, body contouring, or skin rejuvenation modalities).
• Providing thorough consultations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Educating patients on skincare, maintenance treatments, and treatment sequencing.
• Actively promoting and selling medical-grade skincare and retail products.
• Maintaining and growing an existing client following while attracting new patients.
• Collaborating with the physician and staff to support practice growth and patient satisfaction.
